The strategical position of this property, allows to reach Rome in an hour by car and also all the most acctractive umbrian cities.
Outside there is a beautiful mt 6x12 swimming pool, with a lovely vista on the hills and on the Castle of Montoro. There is a wood oven with a portico and a covered parking for one car. A cellar with wood for the fire places is at disposal of the clients.
Situated in a rural landscape, it is completely isolated, surrounded by vineyards, groves of olive trees, and fields that change their colors seasonally. Less than 1 mile away is the small medieval village of Montoro, and in the main square there is an impressive castle belonging to the same owners, Marchesi Patrizi.For guests who wish to take advantage of local products, the owners of Podere S. Giovanni are also producers of very good olive oil and wine.
Interior Description
On the ground floor, the entrance from the garden leads into a living room with sofas and a large dining room with seating for 12 and a very attractive kitchenette equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster and coffee maker; a pantry with a washing machine; a single bedroom and a toilet. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with twin beds that can be converted into double rooms and two double bedrooms, one of which has a fireplace and another has an en suite bathroom; two additional bathrooms. A door in the hall leads to a small terrace with a second entrance.

Great location, authentic style villa, attentive host
Lovely location and views, authentic and homely villa, nice swimming pool (outside shower room was a bonus!).

We hebben ons geamuseerd, een plezier voor jong en oud!
We kwamen aan en voelden meteen de gastvrijheid van Manilo. Het huis is zeer charmant en het zwembad is groot en goed onderhouden. De tuin is een waar genoegen! Voorzien van fruitbomen, olijfbomen en zelfs een vijgenboom. We keken uit naar de komst van Manilo, elke avond en elke ochtend, niet alleen voor het onderhoud maar vooral voor de vriendschap en het advies (de mooiste dorpjes in de buurt, een goed restaurant, een goede wijn,…).

Spacious, beautiful swimming pool. Isolated so you had all the privacy you could disire. Manilo is an amazing host!
