Outside, you will find an oasis of relaxation and conviviality: a furnished pergola perfect for al fresco dining, a barbecue area, a panoramic terrace, and an authentic wood-fired pizza oven, ideal for enjoyable evenings with family and friends.

The private swimming pool, which can be heated upon request, is equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs and is complemented by a convenient outdoor shower for maximum comfort during the summer months. For guests of all ages, the property also offers a five-a-side football pitch and a bocce court.

Il Mulino can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, with the possibility of adding up to 6 extra beds upon request, making it an ideal choice for larger groups.

The property is accessed via an approximately 1 km unpaved road. Although the road is neither steep nor difficult, guests are advised to drive slowly.

It is recommended to arrive at the location by car.

The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, living areas, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, Smart TV, air conditioning and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Outside, guests can enjoy furnished areas with a pergola, barbecue and terrace, as well as a traditional pizza oven. The cottage is arranged over two levels and features a living room with a double sofa bed, a partially equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a mezzanine. Ideal for families and groups. Air conditioning is available throughout. The property is committed to environmental sustainability. For this reason, the kitchens are equipped with a reverse-osmosis water purification system, providing safe, drinkable filtered water.s
