Casa Martina is a cozy independent cottage located on the ground floor, perfect for those seeking a holiday focused on peace, comfort, and relaxation. The house features a private covered outdoor area of approximately 10 sqm, furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing outdoors, enjoying pleasant meals with family or friends, or spending peaceful summer evenings. Guests can also enjoy a practical barbecue for delicious grilled meals.
Guests have access to a beautiful shared fenced outdoor swimming pool of approximately 60 sqm (12 x 5 meters), with a depth ranging from 1 meter to 2.20 meters, perfect for both adults and children. Next to the pool there is a comfortable covered area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, ideal for relaxing during the warmest days.
A practical on-site parking area completes the property.
