Description
Casa Lucia is a charming two-storey house, ideal for those wishing to enjoy a holiday in complete privacy and relaxation. The house features a private covered outdoor area of approximately 10 m², furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners or simply relaxing while surrounded by nature. Guests also have access to a practical barbecue, ideal for enjoyable outdoor grilling.
Guests can enjoy a beautiful shared fenced outdoor swimming pool of approximately 60 m² (12 x 5 metres), with a depth ranging from 1 metre to 2.20 metres, suitable for both adults and children. Next to the pool there is a comfortable covered relaxation area equipped with sun loungers and parasols, perfect for unwinding during the hottest hours of the day.
The property also offers convenient on-site parking.
Interior Description
The house is spread over two levels. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room with TV, one bedroom with two single beds, one double bedroom, and one bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with private bathroom and shower. One hairdryer is available in the bathroom. Kitchen equipment: stovetop, electric oven, microwave oven, moka coffee maker, espresso coffee machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Washing machine in the ground floor bathroom. Wi-Fi available.
