La Casa del Grillo Parlante is located in the heart of the historic center of Collodi, a medieval village documented since the 12th century, just 11 km from Montecatini Centro railway station. The property offers free on-site parking.
Guests can relax in a charming little veranda furnished with wicker furniture or, on the first floor, enjoy a peaceful moment on the small balcony equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for sipping a good glass of wine.
For nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, CAI trekking trails start just a few steps from the property, including the enchanting “Sentiero delle Fate” (Fairies’ Trail).
The location is also ideal for visiting the village’s main attractions: the Pinocchio Park and the beautiful Villa Garzoni are only 200 meters away.

Spread over three floors: on the ground floor, there is an entrance hall and two cosy living rooms, one of which has a comfortable two-seater sofa bed; on the first floor, there is a bright living room, a kitchen-diner equipped with an electric oven, and a toilet; on the second floor, there are two elegant double bedrooms (one with a sofa bed) and a full bathroom with a shower.
