Guests can also use, shared with the owner, a large swimming pool with a sun terrace equipped with parasols and sun loungers, ideal for cooling off and relaxing on hot Sicilian days. An outdoor shower and a toilet serving the pool area.
The property also includes a charming shared garden of about 5.000 m², featuring olive trees, fruit trees, flower beds and native plants.
Completing the outdoor spaces is a private patio, furnished with a dining table, for the exclusive use of guests and ideal for breakfasts, lunches and dinners outdoors.
The location of the property makes it easy to reach some of the most fascinating places in the Val di Noto, an area famous for its Baroque heritage and recognized by UNESCO such as Modica, Scicli and Ragusa Ibla
