The house also offers a private veranda of approximately 30 m², furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for spending pleasant moments outdoors and enjoying delicious dinners prepared in the shared barbecue area.
The location is perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the enchanting natural landscapes of the Sicilian countryside and visit the beautiful Baroque towns of the area, such as Comiso, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, and Scicli. Just a few kilometers away are renowned seaside destinations, including Marina di Ragusa and Punta Secca, famous for their golden beaches and crystal-clear sea.

Interior Description
The property consists of a main living area used as a kitchen-living room and three bedrooms with separate entrances that are not interconnected, all equipped with a private en-suite bathroom and hot/cold air conditioning.
Two of the bedrooms are double rooms: one has a bathroom with a shower, while the other features a bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom includes a double bed and a single sofa bed, with a private bathroom equipped with a shower.
